My name is Eve Chen šš»āāļø
Taiwan born and raisedš§

I love making things, things we can build, fix, shape, or puzzle our way through. My background in architecture design trained me to deeply understand user needs before jumping into solutions. That mindset has shaped my approach over 13 years of experience in product design.
Ā
Throughout my career, Iāve worked on a wide range of exciting projectsāfrom food delivery to location sharing, hardware-software integrations to subscription models, retention flows to growing user bases by the millions.
Ā
At Life360, I was on the growth team as the company went public and grew from 40M to over 85M MAUs. Iāve also worked on products at Tile, Fabletics, and LEGO BrickLink.
Ā
With these unique experiences, I believe creativity thrives under constraints. I craft solutions by thinking systematically, continuously exploring new ways to convey ideas, and delivering outcomes that bridge strategy, scalability, and execution.

Puzzling
Iām obsessed with puzzles. Jigsaw, mechanical, digital... anything that can exercise my gray cells. I like to observe how things wokr. doing puzzle in the beginning it feels like a mess but as more i play with it, more i observe, the more i see throuhg how all pieces are connected. and when final moments everything comes together, it feels amazing!
Hereās a collection of videos documenting some of my favorite puzzle completions.
Fixing things up
I love home improvement projects, the kind that involve tearing things down and rebuilding them better. At my home in San Diego, CA, Iāve torn out and replaced a bathroom vanity, rebuilt a modern medicine cabinet, built custom floating shelves, and the list goes on. Itās my way of designing in the physical world, where every measurement matters and I can turn all my thoughts into reality!

Puzzling
Iām obsessed with puzzles. From jigsaw, mechanical, digital... anything that gets my "little grey cellsā working. I love observing how things work. At first, a puzzle feels like a total mess, but the more I play with it, the more I notice patterns, and eventually, I start to see how all the pieces connect. That final moment when everything clicks into place? It feels amazing.
